AMS would like to congratulate Chuck Sapien on his 10 years of service at AMS. Chuck is a dedicated Electronics Technician at AMS whose precision and reliability help power our mission every day. Chuck plays a vital role in supporting the testing and maintenance of nuclear instrumentation systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Before joining AMS, Chuck spent 15 years at Fleenor Security, where he honed his technical skills and developed a strong foundation in electronics and systems troubleshooting.

Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Chuck is deeply rooted in the local community. He’s been happily married to his wife Connie for 17 years and is a proud stepfather to Tiffany and Andrew, with five energetic grandkids who keep him on his toes. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find Chuck out on the golf course enjoying his favorite hobby. He also enjoys spending time with his close-knit circle of friends, his brother Steven, and his mother Sharon and is most likely be at his camper on the lake . Chuck’s warmth, experience, and steady presence make him a valued member of the AMS family.
