Employee Spotlight: Eternity Perry – 5 Years

Eternity Perry is an integral part of the AMS team, currently serving as the Assistant QA Manager. In this role, she works closely with the Quality Assurance Department to maintain AMS’s QA Program by assisting with audits, record maintenance, employee training, and internal reviews. Since joining AMS, she has worn many hats—starting as the Administrative Assistant for the Research and Development Group and later contributing to social media, human resources, company operations, and even directly supporting Dr. Hashemian. Her adaptability and dedication have been invaluable to AMS, and she has found her niche in QA over the past year.

Before AMS, Eternity worked as a Senior Analyst for a Market Research Firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where she designed, programmed, and analyzed market research studies across various industries. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Psychology from Oglethorpe University, a small liberal arts school in Atlanta. As the only math graduate in her year, her academic journey was as unique as her professional path. Having lived in multiple places, from Florida to Georgia to Tennessee, Eternity eventually moved to Oak Ridge to be near family and later transitioned to Knoxville while working at AMS. Though she now resides in Milwaukee, she has plans to relocate again in 2026, likely closer to Knoxville.

Outside of work, Eternity is an avid traveler, with recent trips to Mexico, Chicago, and various cities across the U.S. She enjoys reading, journaling, kickboxing, and spending time outdoors with her beloved dog, Jaxson. Whether she’s exploring parks in Milwaukee, enjoying coffee dates and board game nights with friends, or participating in pub trivia, she makes the most of her free time. Above all, Eternity is grateful to be part of AMS, where she has learned and grown professionally over the past five years, thanks to the support and opportunities provided by Hash and the leadership team.
