Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the ITT Technical Institute. He has 23+ years of experience working with AC/DC, Electro/ Mechanical, and IT Networking troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. In his previous position with Pronova Solutions, he conducted preventative and corrective maintenance on various systems. Before that, he gained experience with Walgreens Boots Alliance and was in charge of installing and configuring network communications for new stores. He is from Knoxville and has been married to his wife, Saundra, for 24 years. They have one son who will soon graduate from Johnson University with his Masters in Education. Doug’s hobbies include biking, motorcycling, camping, and spending summers at the lake.
